False or misleading information constitutes a breach of these terms. 795 reserves the right to verify your identity through a Know Your Customer (KYC) process at any time, particularly prior to processing your first withdrawal.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the 795 support team immediately. 795 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to safeguard their login information.
General User Responsibilities
- Do not use the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law.
- Do not attempt to hack, damage, or disrupt the 795 platform's systems.
- Do not use automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation.
- Do not spread false or misleading information that could damage the reputation of 795.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions in MYR
All transactions on the 795 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). 795 accepts deposits via supported local payment methods, including FPX, TNG eWallet, and bank transfers. Available methods may change from time to time without prior notice.
All deposits made are final once confirmed. No deposit cancellations will be processed after a transaction is completed. Users are responsible for ensuring the correct amount and destination before confirming any transaction.
Withdrawal of winnings is subject to successful identity verification (KYC). Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits may apply and will be stated within the user account interface. Withdrawal processing times are estimates and may vary depending on the chosen method and current workload.
795 reserves the right to withhold or suspend withdrawals where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these terms. In such cases, 795 may request additional documentation as proof of the source of funds.
Limitation of Liability, Account Suspension & Intellectual Property

795 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption or free from errors. Scheduled or emergency maintenance may cause the platform to be temporarily inaccessible. 795 is not liable for any losses incurred during such periods of downtime.
Account Suspension & Closure
795 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time, without notice, in the event of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct deemed harmful to the platform or other users. Account closure decisions are final unless a successful appeal is proven.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 795 platform — including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, and software — is the property of 795 or its licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, or use any such content without prior written consent.
